Reprint of legendary designer Enzo Mari's 1974 manual Autoprogettazione, loosely meaning "self-design". The book contains a collection of simple furniture designs that can be easily built from ready made cuts of timber. The exercise sets out to improve our personal understanding of the sincerity behind the project, and to look at present production with a critical eye. The first edition of the book was compiled by the Duchamp Centre and printed for the exhibition at the Galleria Milano in 1974.
